Important policies and guidelines for your visit to Amari Head Spa

Welcome to Amari Head Spa. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before your visit to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Booking & Cancellation
- 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows (clients who do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice) will be charged the full treatment price.
- Rescheduling is free of charge when done with at least 24 hours notice. We're happy to find a new time that works for you.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are correct when booking.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.
Arrival & Timing
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for consultation and preparation.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to avoid delays for subsequent clients. Full payment will still be required.
- If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible at 07442 397456.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show, and we reserve the right to cancel the appointment with a full charge applied.
- For your comfort, we recommend avoiding heavy meals immediately before your treatment.
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cash.
- Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of booking will be honoured.
- Gratuities are appreciated but never expected. Tips can be given directly to your therapist or added to your card payment.
Health & Safety
- Inform us of allergies or health conditions before your treatment. This helps us customise your experience.
- Patch tests may be required for certain treatments, particularly for clients with sensitive skin or known allergies.
- We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if we believe it may be harmful to your health or safety.
- Treatments are not suitable for clients with active scalp infections, open wounds, severe sunburn, or certain medical conditions.
- If you are pregnant or nursing, please inform us when booking so we can advise on suitable treatments.
- We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. All equipment is sanitised between clients.
Your Experience
- All treatments include a rough dry (towel and gentle blow dry) but not professional styling. Additional styling can be requested.
- We offer vegan and hypoallergenic product options. Please let us know your preferences when booking.
- Your privacy and comfort are our priority. Please communicate any concerns to your therapist.
- We welcome feedback about your experience. Please speak to our team or contact us if there's anything we can improve.
- Photography is permitted in the spa with prior permission and consideration for other clients' privacy.
